How do you rent a private letter box?
Persons interested in applying for a private letter box should complete a Service Subscription Application Form. The Box (P.O.B) is rented to one company or entity.
Companies or person operating under a business name must submit a Certificate of Registration when applying to rent a post office box.
The sharing of a Box is prohibited.
Box holders are required to have their Box number printed on all correspondence.
Private individuals renting a box may allow family members residing at the same address to have their mail forwarded to the Box (mail must be addressed in care of the box holder). However, this privilege does not extend to business mail.
